Chocolate-based black mole with peanuts.

Poblano
Red chiles and peanuts, with a dash of cinnamon and chocolate. Deliciously rich!

Coloradito
Mild chiles, pinenuts, and peanuts give this mole its flavor.

De Almendras
Original Blue Iguana almond mole.

Pipian
Roasted pumpkin seeds and guajillo chiles.

Seven large prawns with choice of mole.
